Cracking the final exam takes 4 terms and hard work
All systems go for matrics.
Learners are currently writing their end-of-year exams and they would want to focus their energy on crossing the finish line with ease since they had ample time for revisions or to study.
With most of our local schools prepared, last week was all systems go for schools, kicking off their first paper with the English subject and followed by mathematics which was written on Friday.
Prudence Secondary School is one of our local schools which prides itself with being well prepared weeks ahead of starting the final matric examinations.
“We have been in intense preparations with our learners and the big challenge is that the matriculants were not the only grade that we have been focusing on because, at the end of the day, all the grades need special attention.
“We managed to finish our syllabus even before the beginning of this month so we have been focusing our attention on revising the work we have been doing and also highlighting key focus areas that we think will assist learners.
“Our confidence was certified when the learners walked out the examination room with smiles on their faces and some of them even claiming that they have passed the paper, so we are confident that the learners were well prepared and will be able to handle the pressure of these final examinations,” said Prudence School Principal Arthur Molokele.
