Louisa Molise a role model to the youth in Soweto & beyond

"Overall, I am delighted at this opportunity. I'm looking forward to learning, growing and meeting new business-minded people and sealing new partnerships," says Molise.

The young, beautiful and ambitious Louisa Molise is excited about being called an entrepreneur/businesswoman. Believe it or not, this damsel had the courage to quit her job at Hollard to pursue a career in business full-time.

“It wasn’t an easy decision. Quite often, we fear to take risks and-trust me-the thought of leaving my job to chase my dream left me extremely agitated,” she said (smiling).

Molise argues that being self-employed bestows on you the freedom to do anything you want at your own pace. She says, for her, networking is a key strategy to growing a startup business.

She’s the kind of an individual who likes conferring with other businesspeople about ways to best boost a business and potentially create jobs.

“The business industry is cruel – you’ve  gotta be connected to get to the top. I want my daughter to have all that she needs and it begins here. I urge all locals to support black businesses.”

Molise continues to work hard. She established a 100% black-owned company that focuses on youth development. The establishment is called Young Woman Group. She recently released a CD titled ‘Let it Go’ which is available for purchase.

She also founded a non-profit organisation called Youngage Foundation. The NPO intends to save the lives of families and their children, as well as needy communities in South Africa.

“We have four projects what we look after on a continuous basis. These are; the End Hunger and Poverty Movement in South Africa, the Change my life Movement, the Gogo Icare Movement, and the Health and Education Provision Movement,” she says.

Early this month, Molise clinched a new partnership with Lusa University in Benoni. Her organisation will be providing motivational talks to graduates and also use the platform to announce the new partnership with Lusa at an event to take place on September 28, 2018.

“We are orchestrating a plan to possibly conduct motivational talks monthly.  We’ll also be running CSI programmes jointly and other uplifting projects.

“Overall, I am delighted at this opportunity. I’m looking forward to learning, growing and meeting new business-minded people and sealing new partnerships,” says Molise.
