VIDEO: Blood, fire and qualm befall Pennyville
Evicted flat tenants left in the dark.
Pennyville Park residents were ambushed yesterday by the Red Ants after receiving notices two months back. The notice clearly stated that the occupants had to leave within 10 days.
Occupants claim that the evictions are illegal and further alluded that ‘no court order was issued’ to them. Information remains sketchy at the moment but we’re working hard to track the owners to get the full story behind the evictions.
It is alleged that the main reason leading to the evictions has to do with tenants failing to pay rent. More to follow.
