From the dusty streets of Soweto, comes elegance and class in the form of KOL CAFE, an acronym for Kagiso, Oscar and Lesley.

Recently launched and opened in Meadowlands Zone 3, Cnr Mabitsela and Mmilo street, the Luxurious, Opulent, Stylish meets Urban, Vibrant & Fresh Restaurant was the place to be this past weekend.

Performances at the launch were by The Muffinz, Ayanda Jiya, Kitchen Mess and Bantu Soul. On the decks was Deejays Mondlane, Vetkuk vs Mahoota, Soulounge, Tibza, Mpopo, Mr.X, Tom & Jerry , G-force and C-Soul and Storkfarm.


Speaking to one of the guests at the launch, Celiwe Teme she said: “This is a beautiful upgrade in our township, these guys are showing the rest of the world that Sowetans are just as fancy as the upper-class people in Fourways and Sandton.”
