3 taxi owners of WATA taxi association die in Mofolo

Another day, another shooting at Jabavu.

Three taxi owners from WATA taxi association were gunned down this morning at 7 am next to USave Shoprite centre in Mofolo.

According to police Spokesperson, Kay Makhubela, “Four taxi owners were shot this morning by three men.

“One was injured and rushed to the hospital.

“We appeal to anyone who has any information to assist the police, we are currently investigating a case of murder and a case of attempted murder,” said Makhubela.

The cause of the taxi violence is unknown at this stage.
