E-toll announcement causes a stir on social media
South Africans took to Twitter after Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa's announcement on government's decision regarding E-tolls.
A reduction in the monthly tariff for light motor vehicles, down to R225 and toll fees to be linked to motorists’ vehicle license are among changes announced by Ramaphosa.
Motorists have been given six months to settle their outstanding fees on their accounts at a discounted 60%.
