Dobsonville residents will have to look elsewhere to enjoy a dip in the pool since the swimming pool situated next to Dobsonville Stadium is still under revamp.
“The whole of last year and this year the swimming pool has not been working due to ongoing facelifts,” said spokesperson Dumisani Mkhize.
Mkhize confirmed that the pool has not been used since the beginning of the year and that residents should use the nearest pools.
He didn’t specify the predicted period for completion of upgrades but urges the community to be patient.
“They are replacing a lot of things from the pool and that’s why the process is long,” said Mkhize.
