According to Sergeant Roxanne Gibb, a total of 12 suspects were detained for various offences ranging from assault common, theft of motor vehicle, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, malicious damage to property, possession of drugs, dealing in liquor without a licence and possession of suspected stolen property.

“As a result, crystal meth, khat, liquor and suspected stolen property were all confiscated and seized. The various suspects will appear before the respective courts during the course of the week,” said sergeant Gibb.

Thepolice furthermore encourages the community to continue reporting all illegal activities and criminality within the Greater Eldorado Park.
