DIY Christmas tree decorations for the whole family

There are fun ways to make your own unique Christmas décor without it costing a fortune.

WITH just a few weeks left until Christmas, it is time to get those trees and decorations out the back of the cupboard or head down to the store.

However, for some, that may mean putting a big dent in your pockets, and with today’s cost of living, that is not an option.

So, if money is limited, why not make your own? That would be unique, cheaper and of course, a great way for the family, especially children, to spend time together over the festive season.

We have found five easy DIY ornaments that will add a personalised touch to your Christmas tree this year: 

 

Clothes pegs ornament.

– Remove the springs from 14 pegs.
– Turn the pieces from each peg around and glue them back to back.
– Glue the pins together to create a circular shape.
– Glue a piece of gold twine to one pin for hanging.
– Decorate to your desire.
