4 Halloween parties you can attend this weekend

Get trick-or-treating for Halloween this weekend at some of these venues around the south of Durban.

SOUTH Durban residents can join the more popular, spooky and sweet versions of Halloween celebrations in their communities, again this year.

Get spooked at the Montclair Community Policing Forum’s Halloween party on October 28, from 18:00 to 21:00. The party will be held at the Yellowwood Park Sports Club, and organisers appeal for donations of sweets. The best-dressed person will win a prize. Market stalls will be available, and children can enjoy trick-or-treating in a safe environment. To donate, contact Jackie Goncalves on 066 017 6371.

The Bluff National Golf Park will host a Halloween party on October 27, with stalls, a tunnel of terror, trick-or-treating and a mini disco. Prizes will be handed to the best-dressed person. There will also be a jumping castle and face painting.

From 08:00 to 13:00 on October 28, Harlequins Market will host a free children’s Trick or Treat. Attendees can look forward to stalls, music and prizes for the best-dressed, as well as the best stall.

Kids Korner Playground at the Bluff Eco Park will host their party on October 29, from 12:00 to 17:00. Trick-or-treating, a costume parade, face painting, games and entertainment will be available.
