Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 slices red apple
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 3 slices orange
- 2 cloves
- 450g simple syrup (equal part sugar dissolved in water)
- 450g bourbon whiskey
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a large saucepan and put over a low heat.
- Slowly bring up to a simmer to infuse the bourbon, and keep over a low heat for further 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm.
