Cauliflower and broccoli with lemon-garlic dressing

Here's a super simple, super healthy and delicious salad to calm down your overstimulated Easter taste buds.

 

  1. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower until tender but still crispy.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the lemon juice and garlic.
  3. Whisk in the olive oil in a steady stream until emulsified.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the steamed vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle the seeds over the salad before serving.

Even more delicious when refrigerated.
