The businesses which are lauded as the winners will receive a certificate noting their win, and a special supplement highlighting the results of the poll, which will be published in the Southlands Sun Newspaper on June 29, 2018.

Entries with the same handwriting will be disqualified regardless of whether the contact information at the bottom is different.Entries are not allowed to be duplicated with different contact information. (ie, you are not allowed to fill in the forms with the same 20 companies and put in different contact information).Where this syndicated form of voting is identified, these entry forms will be disqualified. At least 20 categories must be filled in for the entry form to be entered.Name, email address and telephone numbers are essential. Entries not meeting these criteria will not be entered into the draw for the prizes.
