Durban Blacksmith has a fully equipped in-house tool and die making facility, which gives them the edge in being able to produce tools to specification for production metal pressed components.
Equally prepared is their well-equipped workshop with a range of hydraulic and mechanical presses which have a capacity of up to 250 tons to perform the following functions:
Metal pressing, punching, blanking, guillotining, cropping, forming, deep drawing, spot welding, MIG welding and fabrication, tool and die making, CNC turning and milling, CNC wire cutting, blocking up and grinding service, bending.
With clients such as Defy Appliances, Smith Manufacturing, Mahle Behr and Run Flat Tyres, Durban Blacksmith’s policy of continuous improvement to their plant, technology and people ensures their clients’ needs are met, time and again. Over and above specific manufacture for clients, Durban Blacksmith also produces a range of Stillage Pallet Feet, Power Float Blades, and Push Button Door Locks for a wide range of industrial clients.
