Speaking about her selection for the tournament, Botha shared, “I participated in the KZN tournament recently, and my coach saw my potential and recommended me for the SA U9/11/13 Inter-Provincial Tournament. It’s a tremendous honour to represent my province, and I’m eager to give my best on the court.”

Born and raised in a family deeply rooted in badminton tradition, Botha inherited her passion for the game from her grandparents and father. Emulating their footsteps, she and her sister have embraced the badminton legacy and are ready to showcase their talents on the court.
