Hikers to hit the sweet spot on Monteseel’s Honey Trails

DURBAN Ramblers Hiking Club will take in the sweet spots of the Honey Trails in Monteseel on Saturday, 8 December.
Call hike leader Werner on 084-206-7836 about this grade three, strenuous hike of just over 8kms.Enjoy expansive views on new trails over the grassland and through the bush. Take along your own sundowners to enjoy in the gardens afterwards. Cost is R20. Hikers should meet at 1.30pm at the Honey Trails on Old Main Road in Monteseel. Directions: On Old Main Road from Botha’s Hill, turn left at the large sign before the Monteseel turnoff.
On Sunday, 9 December there is a social Sunday hike being organised by Jill Dunstone. This short hike will be followed by a social braai. Details will be sent to all Sunday hike members closer to the time.
