Get your run on for annual Winter Sop ‘n Dop
YWP AC will have its annual Winter Sop ‘n Dop next Wednesday, 19 July at 5.30pm
YELLOWWOOD Park Athletics Club time trial results from Wednesday, 12 July.
2.5km run: Sihle Langa 8.23, Gareth Allen 13.42, Dowan Burton 15.04, Craig Fowels 15.22, Sandra Conway 15.49.
2.5km walk: Stephen Conway 17.00, Choekie 20.18, Bridget Dives 26.01, Wendy Van Eyk 26.01, Sue Knight 26.01.
4km run: Sibusiso Mnchunu 15.49, Garth Hancock 19.05, Bethel Muthanga 24.25, Daniel Mdletshe 24.53.
YWP AC will host its annual Winter Sop ‘n Dop next Wednesday, 19 July at 5.30pm in Stainbank Nature Reserve. All regulars are most welcome.
Entry to the reserve is R30 for adults and R15 for children. Take along headlights or torches for the family run. As a result, there will be no time trial run from the club on that evening.
