The R500 snowball was a carry over as Roxanne Perry was not present.

By Bolt-on-Wanderers

MONDAY saw the start of the annual Dan Draper with 18 men’s sides competing, and the women’s section with 10 sides commencing from Tuesday until Friday at Wanderers Bowling Club.

Many thanks to all those involved in making this event possible each year.

Everyone’s efforts are appreciated. The scribe also thanks all those bowlers who filled in at the last minute. Friday’s various meat pack winners were: Lamb pack – Derek Stevens, beef – Cave James, pork roast – Porky, rump – Johnny Mac, chicken pack – Big Ed, chicken – Lofty.

The R500 snowball was a carry over as Roxanne Perry was not present.

The Friday Lotto was a carry over of R200. Pat, Richard, Anthony and Terrance had the chance to locate the joker again, but were once again foiled. The pool is now at about R10,500.

Thoughts and prayers are extended to those members on the recovery list, get well soon fellow Wanderers.
