Take aim at dart league registration

Registration will be followed by a drawn doubles and singles competition at 7pm. Cost is R30 per player.

REGISTRATION for Durban West Darts Association’s 2017 season takes place at the Yellowwood Park Club on Tuesday, 31 January at 6pm.

The committee will be in attendance to meet and greet all new people who wish to play league this year.

Teams consist of four players and can be four men or four women or a combination of both. At present there are teams playing from Hillary club, Firwood, Queensburgh, IPA and Yellowwood Park.

Registration will be followed by a drawn doubles and singles competition at 7pm. Cost is R30 per player.

On Tuesday, 24 January DWDA had a pre-season drawn doubles and singles competition at the Hillary club and after a closely fought competition, Charmaine Neethling and Mike Strydom beat Amy Irwin and Rakesh Gayanchand 3/2. The singles was won by Rakesh who beat Hannes Pieterse in the final 3/1.
