THIS year will mark the fifth annual Bayview versus Fynnlands Old Boys Memorial Football Challenge to be held at Fynnlands sports ground (Smith Drive) on Saturday, 22 August.
There will be an U9 game at noon,
Over 50’s compete for the Michael Waterman trophy at 1.30pm. Over 35’s compete for the Wayne Hardman trophy at 3pm, followed by the prize-giving. This year a new trophy will be presented to the most enthusiastic player – the Craig Wilson Memorial Trophy.
A bumper day is planned with entertainment, refreshments and catering for the large crowd that is expected. The Bayview Old Boys committee thanks Fynnland for its wholehearted commitment to the day.
