On Sunday the men and women played in the Port Natal pairs competition. Norman Moore and Bill Hewer played at Lahee Park and won one game out of the three games. Nice try chaps. The women, Gloria Rice and Linda Hewer, played at Queensburgh and won their first two games by a few shots and on the third game battled for every point that they got and beat their opponents on the last end by three shots to go through to the next round next Sunday. Well done women, you rock.

On Friday night the meat draw was won by Chris Lelong, Laura du Pouy and Kyle. The snowball is a carry-over as K Bester was not there to claim the money. The swindle was won by Greg Berry, Ralph (I never win anything) Mostert (twice), Rodger Turner, Glen de Wildt, Abi Joubert, Dennis Tarboton and Derek Botha. The Lotto bonus ball was won by Dennis Tarboton.

The club sends condolences to Jackie, Deon, Shaun and Charne Coetzee on the death of Chane’s father.
