Caring community members open their hearts [LETTER]

Your good deeds do not go unnoticed.

EDITOR – AS a local resident, I’d like to commend the good work being done by our community activists such as Liziwe Mkhulisi, Lee Ravenscroft, the ward councillor Zoë Solomon as well as the various organisations and committees.

In a world which is prevailed by poverty and hunger, these individuals sacrifice time with their families and the little that they have to help the most vulnerable of society.

Nobody chooses to be born into poverty. We have many homeless people and struggling families in the informal settlements and throughout the Bluff.

It is a heart-breaking reality that many never know where their next meal will come from. We salute the caring and thoughtful members of our community who continue to make a difference every day.

Your good deeds do not go unnoticed.

God bless you.
