Notice is hereby given in terms of the above that I, the undersigned, have applied to the Emalahleni Local Municipality for
“CONSENT USE” on the above- mentioned property/land for the following purpose: “LODGE”

Plans and/or particulars of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the following address:

P.O. Box 3, Emalahleni and the undersigned, by not later than
30 days from the date of this notice. Those who cannot write can visit the Emalahleni Local Municipality Offices during working hours at the above address and see the above officials to assist in transcribing objections/comments.
