Help find Merebank man missing for over a month

Sivaligum Lenny Manikum was last seen in June.

THE Renegades Search and Rescue appeals to the community for assistance in finding 49-year-old Sivaligum Lenny Manikum who went missing more than a month ago.

Dawn Gounden, Renegades Search and Rescue spokesperson, said Manikum was last seen in Merebank in early June. The reason for his disappearance is unknown. He is of average build and height.

“The family is distraught as Help police find missing Merebank man it has been a month and no communication has been made. According to his family, it is unlike him to be gone for such a long duration. Lenny is known to the community of Merebank because he is skilled in carpentry.

“Our members are proceeding to check local hospitals, mortuaries and correctional services. We appeal for anyone with information that can assist us in locating him to come forward,” she said.
