Watch: Crow releases barn owl that recovered from spinal shock

After treatment and monitoring since his rescue in December, he was ready to be released into the wild.

A BARN owl that was rescued in December, after he was found on top of a resident’s shower door, was released into the wild after he was treated for spinal shock.

Crow’s operations director and herpetologist, Clint Halkett-Siddall, said that after 48 hours of fluids and treatment, he was strong enough to stand on his own.
