Police search for housebreaking, theft accused on the run

A warrant of arrest was issued after the 51-year-old of Wentworth failed to appear in the Durban Magistrate's Court on October 13.

BRIGHTON Beach police detectives and Renegades Search and Rescue are appealing to the community to come forward if they have any information regarding the whereabouts of Ezra de Bruin, also known as Ashraf, who was charged with housebreaking and theft.

A warrant of arrest was issued after the 51-year-old of Wentworth failed to appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court on October 13.

Anyone with information, is urged to contact investigating officer, Detective Warrant Officer Louis Smale on 079 500 1019, or Renegades Search and Rescue spokesperson, Dawn Gounden on 074 712 5855.
