Ward 66 councillor Zoe Solomon said she was proud of the committee members for driving the initiative.
“We are proud, as a community, to be able to bring this sort of comfort to those who are vulnerable and in need. We hope to spread some love and cheer in the community, while we warm the hearts of those who are struggling and help them keep their bodies warm,” said Solomon.
