Premilla Deonath, chairperson of the Merewest Community Foundation, emphasised the diverse range of skills covered during the event.

“The boot camp featured sessions on leadership skills, project management, goal-setting, financial health, identifying challenges, success skills, emotional intelligence, CV writing, interview skills and other crucial topics. With the skills gained here, they will better be able to market themselves and perform well at interviews,” she said.

Deonath congratulated Kudzwaishe on her job opportunity. She said that the Zurich Social Equity’s  Zurich certificate helped Kudzwaishe greatly on her CV, and she cannot wait for it to do the same wonders for the other youth who attended the boot camp.
