Missing child found safe and reunited with family after 10-day search

The whereabouts of Rihanna Marielle, a resident of The Bluff, were unknown since May 27.

A TEENAGER from The Bluff who has been missing for the past 10 days was found and reunited with her family earlier today (June 7). Police spokesperson for Brighton Beach Police Station Captain Louise le Roux confirmed that Rihanna Marielle Mbemba was found in KwaMakhutha, near Amanzimtoti.

She has been missing since May 27 when she was last seen on Marine Drive on The Bluff, near the Lighthouse.

In light of this, authorities appeal to the public to promptly notify the police or reach out to the Brighton Beach Police Station on 031 451 8059. Alternatively, residents can contact Chantal Bransgrove-Bower from the Victim Support Unit on 083 734 2841 when reporting a missing person.
