RESIDENTS turned out in significant numbers today (May 29) to cast their votes at various polling stations in Merebank and Wentworth.

Ward 68 councillor Aubrey Snyman is calling on residents to seize this opportunity to elect the government they envision for South Africa. Snyman also emphasised the importance of youth participation in the voting process.
