Donations pour in for Montclair special-needs school

The primary objective of the event was to create a memorable experience for the learners.

LEARNERS from Khulangolwazi Special School in Montclair were the recipients of a back-to-school initiative spearheaded by the Ntenga Foundation.

In collaboration with the Hollywood Foundation and the South African National Council (Santaco), the foundation generously provided school uniforms, a cheque of R40 000 and educational toys to the school on April 11. Catering to students with special needs, aged between five and 18 years, the school aims to support those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The primary objective of the event was to create a memorable experience for the learners. Their excitement peaked when they had the opportunity to interact with the cast of Uzalo, a popular drama series aired on SABC 1 every Monday to Friday at 20:30.
