Little Anchors is Maris Stella’s all-girls pre-school situated in Berea, Durban.

The school is inviting prospective parents and girls to join them for a fun-filled adventure on Friday, 13 May at 08:30.

Saturday, May 14

Lifestyle Market

Emakhosini Boutique Hotel will be hosting its first Lifestyle Market, this Saturday, May 14. The market opens at 09:00 and closes at 14:00. Emakhosini Boutique Hotel is located at 3 Lumsden Crescent in Morningside.

Rumour has it that there will be fantastic prizes to be won on the day – the only catch is that you have to be at the market to win!

Sunday, May 15

It’s tea time!

The Durban Caledonian Society will hold a ‘Lassies’ Lunch at the Berea Bowling Club at the corner of Brand and Ferguson Roads in Umbilo at 12:30 until 13:00 on Sunday, May 15. Attendees will be treated to a bagpipe band performance. The cost is R40 and visitors are welcome. Bring your own food, a cash bar is available. Book through Molly on 067 269 9442.

Epic Car Show

Tina’s Hotel based in Kloof will be showcasing classic cars and phenomenal car rebuilds in the Classics and Rebuilds Car Show featuring 30 cars and entrants.

The venue is 14 Beryldene Road in Kloof.

Setup for the show starts at 08:00 and the showcase begins at 12:00.

For the rest of the day, there will be a Football Premiere League screening at the venue as well as a jumping castle and face painting for kids.  There will also be beer and burger specials available on the day.

Motorbike Show Screening

If the car show this Sunday isn’t enough, it just keeps getting better!

Le Mans MotoGP will be on screen at Tina’s Theatre Bar from 14:00

There will be braai meat, pizza and burgers and drinks available all around the show area.
