Brighton Beach CPF elective meeting rescheduled

The previous meeting could not be held as the large crowd would not be in line with Covid19 regulations.

THE Brighton Beach Community Policing Forum (CPF) was forced to reschedule their elective annual general meeting which was planned for last Saturday, February 26, due to an overwhelming response from the community that the selected venue would not be able to accommodate the crowd.

The meeting will be held on Saturday, March 12, at 14:00, at the Wentworth Youth Development Centre situated at 50 Hornsea Avenue in the Bluff.

Communications and liaison services officer of the Brighton Beach SAPS, Captain Louise le Roux, said the previous meeting could not be held as the large crowd would not be in line with Covid19 regulations. Residents are encouraged to also use the alternative entrance at Bruning Place, off Brighton Road, opposite Booths Liquor Store.
