SAPS debunks new recruitment scam
The police say there are no vacancies for new recruits at the moment.
THE South African Police Services (SAPS) has warned that a scam message, advertising vacancies within the police force, is being shared across various social media platforms.

According to SAPS, there are no vacancies for new recruits to join the SAPS at the moment, and there are also no internship posts advertised.
To view updated information on advertised posts, SAPS urged the community to use its website, www.saps.gov.za/careers/careers.php
“The South African Police Service will never ask for a fee to apply for an advertised post,” said SAPS.
