Trick or treating at Harlequins Market

A competition was held for the best-dressed trick or treater.

THERE was much fun and excitement at Harlequins Halloween themed market on Saturday, October 30.

“Even though there was a bit of rain over 70 children came for some free trick or treating with our stallholders. It gave us great joy to see the children running around the market filling their bags with sweets and goodies with smiles and laughter behind their masks,” said Donna Prinsloo, Harlequins Market manager.

A competition was held for the best-dressed trick or treater. First prize went to the most stunning bride, the second prize went to the wonderfully scary mummy of the Bluff and the third prize went to the most amazing undead Zombie.

Fun was had all around with stall holders decorating their stalls and dressing up to join the fun.

Harlequins Market is looking forward to its Christmas Markets on December 16 and 19 where there will be a selfie Santa Clause with much fun and shopping for all to enjoy.
