Suspects target Bluff jewellery store

They suspects threatened staff with a handgun and took laptops and an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing.

A Bluff jewellery store at Hillside Mall, was robbed by four armed suspects on Tuesday, 11 May at 10.20am.
 
According to PT Alarms, the suspects, believed to be four men, entered the store as customers. They threatened staff with a handgun and took laptops and an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing.
 
Police and security companies including PT Tactical Units attended the scene. PT Alarms’ spokesperson, Trishen Govender said members who were in pursuit of the suspect’s vehicle, a blue VW Polo, unfortunately, lost it in amidst the traffic headed towards Durban south.
