THE Bluff community is encouraged to register to be part of the precinct development plan process.

According to ward 66 councillor, Zoe Solomon the Development Planning, Environment and Management Unit within eThekwini Municipality has embarked on a 14 month process of formulating a precinct development plan for the Bluff area. 

“The process was initiated to understand and address some of the development challenges experienced within the area and aims to do so with constant community involvement in the planning and implementation of the plan,” she said.

If you would like to form part of the process and/or receive direct communications on progress, register as an interested and affected person or party by completing the short form found on the Zoe Solomon for the Bluff Facebook page or by following the link: https://forms.gle/ZU9bW4136PwiB1F19 

The community will also be updated regularly on the progress of the planning process.
