Help spread a little hope this Christmas

'Tis the season of giving and BHC founders, Adam and Lorraine David, are appealing to the Bluff public to kindly reach a little deeper into their pockets to help them realise their dream of spoiling the less fortunate for Christmas.

‘Tis the season of giving and BHC founders, Adam and Lorraine David, are appealing to the Bluff public to kindly reach a little deeper into their pockets to help them realise their dream of spoiling, feeding and bringing smiles to the many homeless people that enter their welcoming doors for their Christmas party taking place on Monday, 9 December.

“The festive season is all about love, compassion and kindness. Help us show the less fortunate in our community that the spirit of Christmas is alive and well. We ask people to open their hearts.
“If you would like to partner with us or donate to our centre, get in touch. You can drop off donations at our centre Monday to Friday,” said Lorraine.

The BHC, which is situated at the Bluff Eco Park on 55 Grays Inn Road, holds a feeding scheme five days a week.
“For the many that we feed, it’s the only hot meal that they have for the day. Some items we use for feeding that include rice, oil, fresh vegetables, frozen vegetables, chicken portions, sausages, meat, meat products, tinned fish can, cans of vegetables, pasta, beans, cooking oil. Clothing in good condition is also appreciated,” said Lorraine.
Adam and David both extend their warmest thank you to the community for always being in support of the work that they do.
