Live a healthier life by starting with the snacks you choose to eat throughout the day. People tend to go for the packet of potato chips but what it packs is more than just  potatoes. Rather, it is filled with salt and artificial flavourants which are not good for you.

Instead of buying an expensive bag of trail mix you can make it yourself. All you need is:
