It’s spring time so that means your allergies and sinus are rife. So we will have to find ways to prevent it or ease the dreaded sinus.

It has been reported that dairy products, such as cheese and milk, have a bad effect on your sinuses. In fact, cutting out dairy from your diet is a suggestion to improve your condition tremendously.

According to www.livestrong.com, some people may experience sinus problems due to a reaction to dairy products like milk. Many children have signs of a milk allergy, but often grow out of it.

Milk and dairy products are believed to be a contributing factor of  additional mucus production that can cause sinus problems. This might be a myth, but if you believe that your sinus problems are triggered by milk or any dairy products, stop consuming it.
