Patients rescued after horrific accident [VIDEO]

Three passengers, were dangerously entrapped

Three people were rescued this morning after a horrific accident involving a 70ton fork lift that rolled back and collapsed on two taxis on Himalayas Drive, Merebank.

The fire department and other relevant members along with Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene of the accident, which happened at around 4am, to find three passengers, were dangerously entrapped in one of the taxis. The paramedics were able to successfully extricate all the patients and transport them to nearby hospitals.
