Wednesday, 4 September, dawned with nice warm weather for the any pairs competition at Woodlands Bowling Club.
Overall winners were Chad Wilson and Phil Hill on 4+17. Second session winners were Sharon de Kock and Herbie Roux on 2+8. Chad Wilson won the R40 money draw, with Rob Carr taking the R20.
Thanks to Yellowwood Park Spar for the donation of a cooked chicken, bread rolls and juice.
Unfortunately the casual fours competition was cancelled due to the rain.
Well done to Jason Hewer and Gavin Conlon, and Hanno and Quinton Blom for playing in the Port Natal pairs and both teams winning two of their three games.
Norman Moore was not well, so he and Derek Stevens had to pull out.
