FemFit pledge 67 minutes to the elderly and stray animals

Nandia Blom and Felicity Coombs went along with Debbie Moss from Bark Angel to feed the dogs in Clairwood and what an eye opener this was.

FemFit Gym on the Bluff spent an hour with some women from Arcadia Old Age Home doing light exercises with them on Mandela Day, Thursday, 18 July.

The women did exceptionally well and kept up with ease. All they wanted to do was dance to the music so next time the regime will include warming up with some dance moves. Nandia Blom and Felicity Coombs went along with Debbie Moss from Bark Angel to feed the dogs in Clairwood and what an eye opener this was. They have a new found respect for Debbie, as it’s not all rainbows and butterflies to work with stray dogs.
