Storytelling competition showcases young talent

The learners showcased their superb talent in the art of telling their stories with much prowess.

ON Monday 5 August, Dudu and the staff of Austerville Library hosted a storytelling competition for Grade 5 learners of Austerville and Gardenia Primary Schools. These learners showcased their superb talent in the art of telling their stories with much prowess.

All learners did impressively well, however,  Amahle Madlala of Austerville Primary, and Naliyah Knipe from Gardenia Primary were the ones who came up trumps. Unfortunately, in the second round, Naliyah succumbed to nervousness and Amahle was the final victor.
