ON a very warm Saturday afternoon, 13 July, a game of men’s trips was played between Arnie Harper, Gavin Conlon, Hanno Blom and Norman Moore, Eric Coetzee and Rajen Pillay at Woodlands Bowling Club.
After 18 ends were played the score was peeled at 18 all and in the 19th end, Arnie Harper and his team were the victors with a score of 19-18. On Friday night, 12 July, the sports club held the meat and snowball raffles.
