State vet rabies campaign comes to Durban South

THE annual Durban South rabies vaccination campaign kicks off from Tuesday, 2 July to Thursday, 4 July.

The state vets office will be present at the following venues in the Durban South area:

TUESDAY, 2 JULY:

  • Merebank at the parking lot of the library in Dharwar Road from 8.30am to 10am; open space in Punjab circle from 10.30am to 11.30am; sportfield in Burdwan Road from noon to 1pm.
  • Austerville at the park behind the family health clinic from 8.30am to 10am; the park in Woraad Road off Asterville Drive from 10.30am to 11.30am; the parking lot in Silvertree Road from noon to 1pm.

WEDNESDAY, 3 JULY:

  • Grosvenor Park in St Patrick’s Road from 8.30am to 10am; Kings Rest at the circle in Lieutenant King Crescent off Bluff Road at 10.30am to 11.30am; Fynnlands at the play lot in Island View Road from noon to 1pm.
  • Merebank at the sport field in Dhubri Road from 8.30 am to 10am; open space at the parking lot at Calicut Place from 10.30am to 11.30am; Treasure Beach at the beach parking lot in St Geran Grove from noon to 1pm.

THURSDAY, 4 JULY:

  • Ocean View at the Bushland Primary School grounds from 9am to 10am; Ansteys Beach parking area near the Green Dolphin restaurant from 10.30am to 11.30am; Bluff park opposite Sanlam Centre in Tara Road from noon to 1pm.
  • Montclair at the open space in Anleno Road next to Mowat Park High School from 9am to 10am; the park in Donovan Road from 10.30am to 11.30am; the play lot in Bale Avenue from noon to 1pm.
