Calling all young fashionistas

YOUNG and aspiring fashion designers and fashion houses within the greater eThekwini area are urged to apply to participate in the 2019 Durban Fashion Fair.

The interested fashion houses and designers should submit, where applicable: A company/individual profile; grade 12 certificate/relevant degree; certified RSA ID document; letter of motivation; professional portfolio of evidence with story and mood board and proof of residence (from a ward councillor, an utility bill or proof of address). Applicants should indicate that their businesses are registered, if not, the BSTMU will assist them in registering through the Small Business Development Agency.

All of the above information should be delivered to:

  • Business Support,
  • Tourism and Markets Unit,
  • 7th Floor, Embassy Building,
  • 199 Anton Lembede Street,
  • Durban
  • for the attention of Phumelele Gwacela, before 4pm on Friday, 16 November.
