A neighbour who was at home at the time of the shooting said her husband and his brother were outside when they heard a single gunshot. “We rushed over to the house and found Joe in a pool of blood. My husband brought over a towel and tried to stop the bleeding. All I can remember the poor man say as he laid there, was: ‘Oh my God! Oh my God!’,” she said.
