Support group to learn how to live with diabetes

Your support will allow us to touch many lives and in turn help prevent the devastating effects of cardiovascular disease.

MENDED Hearts is a free monthly meeting for all those who have suffered a heart attack or stroke, their families or friends who wish to participate and learn more.

Meetings are regional in Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth.

The support groups aim to allow the Heart and Stroke Foundation to touch many lives and help prevent the devastating effects of cardiovascular disease.

The Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa, in partnership with Life Entabeni Hospital, holds a Mended Hearts meeting on Wednesday, 22 November, at noon in the conference room.

Guest speaker will be Thembi Manukuza, a diabetes educator on the all-important topic of: ‘Living with diabetes’.
