Tee off for Sunflower Fund

The event aims to raise funds and awareness for The Sunflower Fund

THE 12th annual Sunflower Fund Golf Day is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 25 July at Durban Country Club.

The cost per fourball in the fourball alliance with two scores to count is R2,500.

The top 20 teams receive a prize, thanks to ongoing sponsorship from Rodel Financial Services and Tyson Properties and new support this year from Sanlam Private Wealth and Pienaar Pretorius.

A wheelbarrow of golfers’ favourites will be the main raffle prize. The Sunflower Fund would gratefully welcome the sponsorship of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks such as biltong, crisps, chocolates and nuts. To book a fourball or sponsor a teebox, a fourball prize and goodie bag items, contact Stephanie Berry on 078-207-9041 or email steph@sunflowerfund.org.za

The event aims to raise funds and awareness for The Sunflower Fund which works to educate and register more blood stem cell donors to give hope of life to patients suffering from life-threatening chronic blood disorders like leukaemia.

The Fund thanks its sponsors. For more information on becoming a blood stem cell donor, call 080-012-1082 or visit www.sunflowerfund.org.za
